Water Walking World – Premium Hiking Trail Rode Beek

The Premium Hiking Trail Rode Beek is a varied 9.9-kilometre hike through the water-rich landscape of Roerdalen. You start at the edge of De Meinweg National Park and walk through the marshy nature reserve De Turfkoelen, past Daelenbroeck Castle and the historic Gitstappermolen. The route follows the Roer to the Rode Beek and ends at the idyllic Effelder Waldsee, just across the border in Germany.
