Water Walking World – Premium Hiking Trail Huilbeek and Maas

The Premium Hiking Trail Huilbeek and Maas is a varied 12.7-kilometre hike through the landscape of Beesel, shaped by wind and water. You walk through the forests near Reuver, follow the banks of the river Maas and walk alongside the Huilbeek, which flows into the river via Beesel. Along the way, you’ll encounter traces of centuries of natural forces and rich cultural history. The trail is part of the Water Walking World and is included in the series of the Maas-Swalm-Nette Nature Park.
