Beesels Broek
The 28-hectare reserve is located southeast of Beesel in a varied cultural landscape. The area is characterized by alder and poplar forests, interspersed with small wet grassland plots. Two streams cut through the reserve. Visitors can walk freely on the roads and paths. The area around Beesels Broek is ideal for exploring on foot or by bicycle. A trip via Swalmen, the Swalm valley, the surroundings of Baxhof and then the Beesels Broek offers a varied view of the region.
